Note : due to limited staff, we cannot answer all phone calls. Emails are preferred whenever possible - we will reply within 12 hours (usually within 1 or 2 hours, even at the weekend).

Inquiries and Reservations

Reservations should be done online through our automated RESERVATION PROGRAM.

Please contact us by phone or email for the following :

• RSERVATIONS FOR STAYS OVER 3 MONTHS (because discounts are not always calculated properly by the reservation program).
• if you experience any difficulty with the online reservation program for the short-term.
• to arrange the viewing of an apartment that is available (you can check availabilities here).
  We have a strict policy of not showing apartments that are currently occupied in order to respect the guests' privacy.
• if you have special requirements or need additional information. We have done our best to answer all the most common questions in our FAQ section. Please read it before.
