All our apartments are fully-furnished, fully-equipped and ready to live in. Availabilities on this page are usually, but not always up to date. Click here to check up-to-date availabilities here. We specialise studio-type and 1-bedroom apartments for one or two persons. Some of our larger apartments (Modena, Siracusa and Roma) are equipped with additional sofa-beds and can accommodate up to four people for periods of maximum two weeks at a time (this system is designed mostly for tourists, or people who will have guests visiting them for a few nights during a longer stay).
It is also possible to combine two studio or 1-bedroom apartments on the same floor to make a 2-bedroom apartment. Possible combinations are : - Venezia + Firenze
