Short-term rates
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Prices under one week are available by clicking on an apartment's name (prices at the bottom of the page).
Additional nights are counted at the rate in brackets. Example : if you wish to stay in the Venezia apartment for 8 nights, the price will be 400 euro (350 + 50). For 9 nights it will be 450 euro, etc.

The price indicated is the monthly price. Example : if you stay for 6 months in the Venezia apartment, you will pay 895 euro each month.

All rates already include 150 euro of monthly charges (water, electricity, heating, Internet, cable TV), and 150 euro for the furnishings, bed linen, towels, household equipment and supplies (see list). A parking space in front of the house is also included for the Montgomery residence.
Example : the monthly rent for the Pisa apartment for 1 year is 485 euro of rent + 300 euro for the charges, furnishings and supplies, for a total of 785 euro.

The apartments are located in 2 residences : "Royal Park" and "Montgomery".

Opening hours : 10:30 am to 10:30 pm (GMT +1), 365 days/year.
Note : due to limited staff, we cannot answer all phone calls. Emails are preferred whenever possible - we will reply within 12 hours (usually within 1 or 2 hours, even at the weekend).

Visits of apartment that are currently occupied are not possible as a respect for the tenants' privacy.
