Additional nights are counted at the rate in brackets. Example : if you wish to stay in the Venezia apartment for 8 nights, the price will be 400 euro (350 + 50). For 9 nights it will be 450 euro, etc.

All rates already include 150 euro of monthly charges (water, electricity, heating, Internet, ケーブルテレビ), and 150 euro for the furnishings, bed linen, towels, household equipment and supplies (see list). A parking space in front of the house is also included for the Montgomery residence.
Example : the monthly rent for the Pisa apartment for 1 year is 485 euro of rent + 300 euro for the charges, furnishings and supplies, for a total of 785 euro.
